As a Retail Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer engagement and sales efforts, maintaining store organization, and supporting management with daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers
  • Lead customer engagement and sales efforts while actively performing the role of a sales representative
  • Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including the execution of merchandising, planograms, product displays and stocking shelves
  • Lead by example, taking on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader (an average of 25% of time) and opening and closing the store

Skills

  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
  • A love of tools & equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift 70 Lbs
  • Service focused mindset
  • Spanish Language Skills preferred
  • Schedule Requirements: Open Availability
