How you’ll make an impact in this role
Develop and maintain records of participants and beneficiaries including active, deferred, retired, and separated members.
Serves as a liaison between beneficiaries and participants and the plan administrator, handling or facilitating requests for contribution adjustments, refunds, and other administrative changes.
Researches and assists in the administration of employee benefits.
Collaborates with external vendors in order to administer and manage programs for highly-compensated employees.
Must have strong defined contribution plan experience. Experience with Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plans.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
Deferred compensation plans and Non-Qualified Deferred compensation plans are required
Strong oral and written communication skills
