The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Boston office full-time. You’ll own the systems, processes, and reporting that power revenue growth, working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive efficiency and visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts

    Define and track KPIs across the revenue funnel (pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention)

    Manage and optimize CRM and revenue tools (Hubspot preferred)

    Partner with leadership on quota models, territory planning, and comp structures

    Ensure pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and data quality

    Lead process improvements and change management initiatives

    Create documentation and best practices to support scale

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or similar (SaaS/tech experience preferred)

      Strong CRM and analytics skills

      Experience building forecasts, dashboards, and process workflows

      Data-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills

      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
