Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items.
  • Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records.
  • Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
