What You'll Do as a Customer Care Associate

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the package delivery process. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Talking with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery.
• Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
• Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
• Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed
