Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays.
  • Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
  • Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
