As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service activities, including dispatching deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, homecare, and hospice providers
• Ensure Delivery Drivers receive daily schedules and create order tickets for Delivery Drivers
• Collect serial numbers and completion times from Delivery Drivers and provide ETAs to the Customer Service department for time-sensitive deliveries

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Dispatching or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Dispatching Software
• Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
• Remote position - must have access to reliable internet service

Additional Information:

• All applicants must pass a national criminal background check to be considered for the position
• Shift Details: Part-Time Weekends Only (12 hours per Weekend)
• Training Class to commence on Saturday, January 11, 2025 (approx. 3-4 weeks)
