Sales and Customer Service Representative - Work from Home
Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, dedicated to putting the world on vacation. The Sales and Customer Service Representative will assist clients with booking travel and selling vacation products through various communication channels including calls and chat.
Responsibilities
- Our Travel Guides will initiate outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls and chat/email and SMS communication to various clients
- We assist clients in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must
- Quiet workplace free of noise and distractions
- Dedicated high speed internet connection (DSL, Fiber, or Cable only – no satellite or cellular 5g). Computer must be hard wired into the modem/router with an ethernet cable with download speed of at least 15mbps, upload speed of at least 1.75mbps, pings below 100ms
- Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required
