Sales Associate, IVY/RED Beauty (United States)

Job Description Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling the products to existing customers and acquiring new business for the new IVY/RED Beauty Sales Organization a subsidiary of Kiss Products, Inc. in United States.

Job Description:
S/he will need to build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers

Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets and/or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets

Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers

Develop in-depth knowledge of products via successful completion of required sales training programs and utilize this knowledge to sell the product to new and existing customers in the assigned territory

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years Retail Sales experience

Demonstrate effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification

Customer service oriented

Excellent communication skills speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations

Must be able to travel to a certain extent and be open to relocation for the company's sales

Korean language skill is required

The anticipated compensation range is
57,000.00 - 79,567.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
