Sales Closer / Enrollment Specialist — Remote (Ed-Tech, High Ticket)

About Ignite Test Prep:

We are a fast-growing, fully remote SAT tutoring company. Our students achieve top scores and gain admission to their dream schools. We are scaling fast and need a closer who can convert warm leads into paying clients.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer / Enrollment Specialist to join our remote team. You will take inbound leads who have expressed interest in our tutoring programs and close them on Zoom. This is a high-commission, performance-based role with serious earning potential.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct closing calls via Zoom with parents and students

- Follow our proven sales script and objection-handling framework

- Manage your pipeline in our CRM (Klaviyo)

- Follow up with leads who did not close on the first call

- Report weekly metrics to leadership

Requirements:

- Proven track record closing high-ticket offers ($500-$2000+)

- Experience in education, coaching, or service-based sales strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

- Comfortable on video calls (Zoom)

- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven

- Available for calls on evenings and weekends when parents are free

Compensation: Base + commission. Strong closers earn $3,000-$6,000/month.

This is a remote, part-time to full-time contractor role with room to grow into a sales leadership position.
