Closets By Design is a company focused on home organization solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Design Consultant to help customers organize their homes. This role involves working from home, conducting sales appointments, and educating customers on products and services while following a structured sales training program.

Responsibilities

• Help others organize their home
• Begin the sales route with appointments
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs

Skills

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
• Looking for coachable candidates
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
