Our client is a growing flooring and remodeling company focused on building and scaling outbound sales initiatives, improving lead follow-up processes, and establishing stronger customer outreach systems as the business continues expanding.

Role Overview
The Sales Development Lead will help manage outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, and pipeline organization while supporting leadership in developing scalable outbound sales systems and processes.
This role requires someone with strong outbound sales experience, confidence handling customer conversations, and experience building or improving lead generation and follow-up workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, KPI-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound outreach through phone, SMS, and email

Follow up with inbound inquiries, old leads, and pending estimates

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments

Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales pipeline

Sales Process & Workflow Development
Help establish outbound sales systems and workflows

Assist with scripting, follow-up structures, and lead management processes

Track KPIs and outreach performance metrics

Support leadership in building scalable sales operations

CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking

Organize follow-ups and customer communication

Ensure visibility and consistency across the sales pipeline

Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or call center environments

Experience with cold calling and lead qualification

Experience helping improve or build sales workflows preferred

Skills
Strong verbal English communication skills

Organized and KPI-focused mindset

Confidence handling outbound conversations

Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Experience using CRM systems, Odoo CRM, dialers, Google Workspace, OpenPhone, or Aircall preferred
