About the role

We are looking for self-motivated and analytical Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate will spend their time managing our US outbound lead generation process and reporting/forecasting capabilities. This is a high-impact role that will work alongside multiple teams to ensure 9fin’s success as we expand our US presence.

What you’ll work on

Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on. You will:

Building lists of target accounts and contacts in each of our target verticals

Generating new business - identifying, contacting and qualifying potential clients

Working closely with AEs to create relevant outbound campaigns (both content and event-driven) in each of our target verticals

Understand and keep up to speed with the key factors in the US Leveraged Finance, Private Credit and Structured Finance markets

Learn and refine your pitch and 9fin’s value propositions

Assist the growth team with operational activities, such as generating reports, analyzing data, managing systems and process enhancement

Assist with the acquisition, implementation and ongoing management of external tech tools the Sales and Marketing teams use.

About You

This role will be a great fit if you have:

Prior experience in an SDR/BDR or similar role supporting Sales and Marketing teams with Outbound and Inbound activities

Experience working with Salesforce (or other CRM systems), Salesloft, Lead Gen platforms and Excel/G Suite

Some public presentation and outbound (including cold calling) experience

Ability to efficiently analyze large volumes of data, quickly draw insights, and present concise/clear recommendations of results

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Ability to use initiative with a strong desire to learn

Competitive Salary ($63,000-$66,000 base salary + commissionable earnings)

On-Target Earnings: $110,000
