Sales Development Representative
North is a company focused on transforming cloud finance management through innovative solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, serving as the first point of contact for organizations seeking better visibility and control over their cloud spend.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound engagement
- Engage decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce North’s solutions
- Research and personalize outreach to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Test and refine sales strategies to improve outreach effectiveness

- Interest in cloud technology, AI, and business growth
- Prior experience in sales, customer success, or outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, or FinOps
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Understanding of cloud cost management or B2B SaaS sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
