Sales Development Representative
Atlantic is a company focused on providing office solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate interest and schedule calls with prospective customers. The role involves cold calling, managing accounts, and collaborating with team members to improve sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Raises awareness and generates interest in Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
- Schedules initial discovery calls for Account Managers
- Meets or exceeds assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails
- Social sells and prospects daily, continuously identifying new accounts and potential clients
- Manages own book of accounts and sets the strategy for effective book management
- Provides constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement
- Collaborates with team members to share and learn from best practices
- Maintains records on the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and keeps up to date metrics

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed
- A strong interest in sales is essential
