Jenn Nguyen and Friends is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on revolutionizing tax credits and incentives management. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline generation through outreach and lead qualification, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by researching and identifying qualified prospects
  • Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings
  • Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate how our solution addresses them
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to ensure strong handoffs to the sales team
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategy, optimize messaging, and share insights from the field
  • Manage all outreach activities in HubSpot CRM, keeping data clean and current for forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve lead quality and sales enablement initiatives

Skills

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software
  • Proven ability to manage high outbound volume and maintain energy, curiosity, and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills comfortable building rapport quickly over the phone and email
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) to track outreach and report on progress
  • Familiarity with frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC for lead qualification
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to the El Segundo office
  • Open to early-career professionals or career changers eager to start their SDR journey with relevant transferable skills
