OKTOBER is hiring Sales Development Representative to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

In this role you will own the top of the sales funnel. Generating, qualifying, and converting pipeline into discovery calls for the founder to close.

What you'll do
Build and maintain lead lists from ICP criteria across tiers 1–3

Run multichannel outbound sequences on email, LinkedIn, and phone (optional)

Personalise outreach at scale without losing quality

Continuously test and optimise messaging and sequence performance

Monitor post engagement and capitalise on warm interest in real time

Manage Rammins’ LinkedIn DMs, qualify conversations, build rapport, book calls

Identify and engage with ICP prospects through comments and connection requests

Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria

Book discovery calls and brief the founder before each one

Maintain CRM hygiene, every conversation tracked and up to date

Hand off cleanly to founder at the right moment

Deliver weekly report on outbound activities, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline value generated

What success looks like
4 - 5 qualified discovery calls booked per week, consistently

What we're looking for (non-negotiable)
Proven SDR experience — you've done this before and have the numbers to show it

You know how to run multichannel outbound sequences without it feeling spammy

Strong written communication — you can personalise at scale and still sound human

LinkedIn-native — you understand how to work engagement, DMs, and connections as a pipeline source

CRM discipline — you log everything, every time, no chasing required

You're data-driven — you track what's working and iterate without being told
