Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert high-volume inbound interest into qualified pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly, communicates clearly, and enjoys engaging directly with prospective customers.
You will serve as an important first point of contact for inbound leads — helping prospects understand Higgsfield’s capabilities, qualify opportunities, coordinate next steps, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the early sales process.
This role works closely with Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams and is highly execution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inbound leads across enterprise, growth, and creator segments

Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customers

Educate prospects on Higgsfield’s products, capabilities, and use cases

Identify decision makers, business needs, timelines, and expansion opportunities

Coordinate and schedule follow-up conversations, demos, and product discussions

Maintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking

Partner closely with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights and feedback

Support inbound conversion efforts across multiple global time zones

Help drive pipeline progression from initial inquiry through closed revenue

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or another client-facing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities

Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearly

Experience working with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer communication preferred

CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Self-starter mentality with a proactive, low-ego approach

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.
Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
