The Role

Polimorphic is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our footprint across the public sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified meetings for our Account Executives through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team solving meaningful problems for municipalities and government agencies across the country.

What You’ll Do

Generate qualified sales meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound lead engagement

Execute high-volume daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target expectations

Conduct discovery-level qualification conversations with government stakeholders

Build and manage a strong pipeline of public sector prospects

Research target accounts and tailor messaging to specific departments and use cases

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align outreach strategy

Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up activity throughout the sales process

Represent Polimorphic at virtual and in-person events as needed

Outbound vs Inbound: ~60% outbound / 40% inbound

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR experience strongly preferred)

Proven ability to book qualified meetings consistently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience using dialers and sequencing tools, specifically Nooks and Outreach

High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Resilience, grit, and a coachable mindset

Passion for government, civic innovation, and improving public sector operations

Interest or experience in GovTech/public sector sales is a major plus
