About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first line of contact for inbound leads. This role is focused on qualifying interest, creating strong first impressions, and accelerating prospects through the top of the funnel. As the bridge between marketing and sales, you'll engage prospects with clarity and confidence, uncover their needs, and set them up for success with our Account Executive team.

Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chat

    Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)

    Maintain a high standard of customer experience across all interactions

Sales Enablement

  • Educate prospects on our offerings and align solutions to their needs

    Handle objections with empathy and clarity

    Route qualified leads or schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives

CRM & Reporting

  • Log all activity in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with precision and consistency

    Ensure accurate pipeline visibility and maintain up-to-date lead records

Performance & Collaboration

  • Hit key KPIs related to conversion rate, response time, and volume

    Partner closely with Sales Managers and AEs for handoff and pipeline coordination

    Share feedback on common questions, objections, and messaging trends

Process Optimization

  • Leverage tools and automation to streamline daily tasks and boost productivity

    Stay up to date on product changes and market developments

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years in inbound sales, lead qualification, or customer support

    Proven success working in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments

    Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

    CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales tech tools

    Ability to work independently in a remote setup

    Availability to work standard business hours across U.S. time zones (EST–PST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or consultative sales environments

    Familiarity with lead scoring models or automation platforms

    Comfortable using call tracking and engagement tools
