Integrated Wealth Systems is building a high-performance sales organization focused on helping clients implement advanced wealth strategies.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical driver of our revenue engine. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-quality prospects for consultations with our senior team.

This is not a closing role. Your success is measured by your ability to generate qualified, high-intent appointments that convert into revenue.

What You’ll Do:
• Contact and engage inbound leads quickly and professionally
• Qualify prospects based on: Income, business profile, urgency, readiness to move forward
• Schedule high-quality appointments for senior consultants (closers)
• Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance (show rates matter)
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes

What You Won’t Do:
• You will NOT be responsible for closing deals
• You will NOT pitch or negotiate offers

Compensation:
• $100 per qualified appointment set
• 2% commission on closed revenue (after maintaining a 50%+ show rate)

Performance Standards:

We operate a quality-first environment. SDRs are expected to:
• Book only qualified prospects (no padding numbers)
• Use approved scheduling tools and follow CRM protocols
• Execute a consistent confirmation process to drive attendance
• Maintain professionalism in every interaction

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center environments preferred
• Strong communication and confidence on the phone
• Ability to qualify and control conversations (not just book blindly)
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
