Our client is a fast-growing defence-tech company designing and manufacturing autonomous FPV drone systems and technology solutions for the modern warfare.
They are looking for a Sales Director - a commercially driven leader who will take full ownership of revenue growth and market expansion across Europe and beyond.
This is a builder role with direct influence on the company's commercial trajectory. You will shape and execute the commercial strategy, build strategic partnerships at the government and international level, and unlock new markets across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the Business Development function and its results

Lead, develop, and scale the sales and business development teams

Define strategy, set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery

Drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets

Lead high-level negotiations with government agencies, ministries of defence, and major corporate clients

Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships and international collaborations

Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions

Establish, manage, and scale distributor, agent, and partner networks

Personally contribute to key deals, including preparation of commercial proposals and participation in tenders

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Requirements
Experience in leadership roles within sales, business development, or commercial functions

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals in defence or miltech

Strong experience working with government clients, tenders, and long sales cycles

Experience leading and scaling sales or business development teams

High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation

Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills at senior levels

Fluent English
