About the Role

Are you a self-starter and experienced enterprise sales professional? Are you ready to join a fast-paced, growing company where you can make a significant impact?  The preferred location is Dubai, with up to 25% regional travel.

We’re seeking a Sales Director to lead and drive enterprise sales initiatives as an Individual Contributor. Reporting into the Managing Director, EMEA, this is a remote role with some travel required, offering a competitive salary and a generous compensation model.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market share.

Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and enterprise deal execution; meet ARR and new logo targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

10+ years of enterprise sales experience with complex B2B pursuits to C‑suite procurement/finance/IT stakeholders.

Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

An understanding of the procurement technology and services landscape.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel as required (est 25%).

Success in This Role Will Mean:

Taking accountability for pipeline growth of high-potential prospects that align with corporate growth goals.

Meet ARR growth targets through new logo acquisition and subsequent expansion.

Cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships with top-tier customers and partners across the region.

Location, Travel & Eligibility:

Remote work environment based in an accessible Middle East hub, Dubai preferred, with up to 25% regional travel.

English and Arabic language professional fluency required, additional languages a plus.
