Aurigo has led capital planning and delivery for public infrastructure for over two decades and is now expanding into the private sector.
We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to bridge technical capability and business value; partnering with Sales and Product to win complex enterprise deals.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle (discovery → close)
Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations
Design tailored solutions tied to customer pain points and measurable outcomes
Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for technical and executive audiences
Support RFPs, evaluations, and proof-of-concepts
Build trust through a consultative, solution-oriented approach
Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
Develop reusable demo assets and enablement materials
Operate as a proactive self-starter, advancing deals independently
Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture
Outcomes & Impact (First 6–12 Months)
Own demo strategy across an active $5M+ private-sector pipeline
Build repeatable, vertical-specific demo narratives (e.g., data centers, life sciences, energy)
Help shorten sales cycles by improving discovery and reducing technical friction
Establish yourself as a trusted technical authority with customers and AE partners
What You’ll Need
Required
5+ years in Sales Engineering / pre-sales / solutions consulting (enterprise SaaS)
Experience owning technical win strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong executive communication and discovery skills
Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in relevant fields)
Ability to manage multiple high-pressure pursuits
Preferred
Background in construction tech, infrastructure, or capital programs
Experience with AI/data-driven SaaS platforms
Familiarity with structured demo/discovery frameworks (e.g., Great Demo!, SPICE)
