<p><strong>Sales Executive</strong></p>
<p><span data-c>The <strong>Sales Executive </strong>is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales objectives in their assigned territory by growing new business and expanding relationships within existing accounts.

This is a field-based role that emphasizes time spent in schools and districts, building strong partnerships with educators and administrators, and driving consistent revenue growth.</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-c>What You'll Be Doing</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-c>Mastering expertise in Learning Without Tears (LWT) curricula, programs, and products, both print and digital.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Driving new business growth by identifying and cultivating prospective districts and schools.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Expanding existing relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-school/district penetration.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Developing and executing a territory growth plan that includes school visits, presentations, regional events, conferences, and personalized outreach.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Partnering with others across the organization to strengthen retention, support adoption, and drive expansion.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Building and maintaining a balanced pipeline and being accountable to consistent activity and pipeline metrics.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Identifying district and state-level trends to uncover opportunities and minimize risks.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Providing feedback to marketing and product teams to align market needs with LWT solutions.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Delivering engaging, professional presentations to educators and administrators, adapting messaging to audience needs.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Actively participating in team meetings, training, and company events.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-c>Your Experience & Qualifications</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-c>B.A. or B.S. in education or business-related field preferred.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>4+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success selling curriculum, educational programs, or education technology solutions.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Experience selling into K–12 public, private, or charter school systems.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Proven track record of building new business, expanding existing accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Strong presentation and public speaking skills; confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Ability to prospect effectively, build a robust pipeline, and move opportunities through the full sales cycle.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with remote management.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Proficient in CRM and technology tools to support sales effectiveness (experience with Salesforce preferred).</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Self-starter with a passion for improving student outcomes and supporting educators.</span></li>
<li><span data-c>Ability to travel up to 80% of working time, with some evenings and weekends as needed.</span></li>
