About the Sales Manager role:
In this role you will own a portfolio of relationships within targeted hotel groups across Europe, driving new business and expansion across properties. You’ll be a trusted advisor to hospitality sales and marketing leaders, running the full cycle—prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations, trade-show engagement, and close. Hospitality industry experience and existing relationships within the hospitality industry are central to success in this role. This is a remote role that must be based in Spain.
What you’ll do at Visiting Media:
Own a named-account territory of brand properties across Europe, with a particular focus on building and deepening relationships at and around key hubs
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound calling, email, social, in-person visits, and trade-show presence
Run discovery conversations, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and tailor value propositions to each property’s commercial goals
Manage opportunities end-to-end in Salesforce: accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and activity tracking
Collaborate closely with the broader sales team, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and account growth
Partner with leadership on territory strategy, pricing, and named-account planning
Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Represent the company at hospitality trade shows and industry events as needed
What experience sets you up for success:
Existing relationships within large hospitality properties (regional, cluster, or property-level commercial stakeholders) are required
Hospitality industry sales experience—ideally selling into hotel groups or hotel chains; SaaS/software sales experience is a plus but not a substitute for hospitality background
Demonstrated track record of carrying and hitting a quota in a regional or named-account role
Comfort owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
Willingness to travel for property visits, trade shows, and industry events
Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus
Based in Spain with the right to work in Spain
