About the Role

CK Funded is searching for a goal-driven Sales Manager who understands the African fintech or prop trading landscape. This role is for someone with a strong sales record, leadership ability, and a passion for building local and regional sales strategies that convert.

This position is ideal for someone who has 4+ years of solid experience in sales (ideally in fintech, trading, or digital platforms), understands African market behavior, and is ready to grow with one of the fastest-rising fintech brands on the continent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients across African markets

    Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations

    Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with institutional partners, traders, and influencers

    Create and manage monthly sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports

    Oversee onboarding of clients, ensuring smooth handovers to support and operations

    Represent CK Funded at industry events, webinars, and regional activations

    Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals

    Monitor competitor trends and suggest product improvements based on market feedback

    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets

    Champion CK Funded values and customer-first approach in every interaction

Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Swahili, French, or local languages are a plus)

    Familiar with tools like CRM systems, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards

    Strategic thinker with the ability to align goals with execution

    Comfortable working remotely and leading virtual teams

    Passionate about financial inclusion, trading, or fintech innovation in Africa

Experience



  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales, business development, or account management

    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

    Prior experience in fintech, trading platforms, digital products, or similar fields

    Hands-on experience building or leading a sales team

    Background in working with diverse African markets and audiences

    Experience in launching or growing a new product or service in the region is a strong advantage
