We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our cybersecurity services direction. This role requires a strong combination of sales expertise and solid cybersecurity domain knowledge to effectively position, sell, and expand our security offerings across target markets.

You will be responsible for driving new business, shaping go-to-market strategy, and working closely with delivery and technical teams to convert complex opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the final sales cycle for cybersecurity services - closing and account expansion

    Drive new business development across target industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise)

    Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities in cybersecurity (application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, compliance, etc.)

    Lead client conversations at C-level (CISO, CTO, CIO) and position strategic value beyond pure delivery

    Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with predictable revenue outcomes

    Contribute to cybersecurity go-to-market strategy, messaging, and offerings development

    Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and commercial negotiations

    Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful deal execution

    Track market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging cybersecurity demands



Requirements


Sales & Commercial Experience



  • 4+ years in B2B sales within IT services, consulting, or cybersecurity

    Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals

    Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

    Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills (T&M, fixed price, retainers, etc.)



Cybersecurity Domain Knowledge (Critical)



  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as:

    Application Security (SAST, DAST, secure SDLC)

    Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP security, IAM, posture management)

    DevSecOps practices

    Security assessments, audits, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)

    Ability to confidently communicate with technical and security stakeholders

    Experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions is strongly preferred

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment



Nice to Have



  • Existing network of security leaders (CISOs, Heads of Security)

    Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise SaaS)

    Familiarity with security tools/vendors ecosystem

    Background in technical roles (e.g., engineering, security, DevOps)
