Sales Operations Analyst (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Description: At Competition Automotive Group, being family-owned has its rewards. We operate on a set of standards that you won't find at other dealerships in our area. This position requires you to work onsite in our St James, NY dealership locations.

Competition Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support sales and pre-owned operations through data analysis, custom reporting, performance insights, and strategic business support in a collaborative, family-owned dealership environment.

Responsibilities:
Analyze all sales and lead data
Prepare custom reports
Identify opportunities for performance improvements
Prepare custom analysis spreadsheets
Participate in performance analysis discussions
Develop custom analysis applications
Assist with pre-owned operations pricing and performance analysis

Requirements: College degree in statistics, business analytics, mathematics, or similar analytics focus
Internship and/or 1+ year of similar experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets required
Some knowledge of software programming and database management is preferred

Compensation details: 22-25 Hourly Wage
