We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Senior Executive – Sales & E-commerce Operations to manage and optimise the day-to-day performance of Reflaunt-powered resale platforms.

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of digital merchandising, partner management, operational execution, and AI-enabled workflows. You will play a key role in leveraging data and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve catalogue quality, and unlock growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work across stakeholders while continuously identifying smarter, more scalable ways of working.

Tasks

E-commerce Merchandising

Own and optimise online merchandising across categories, brands, and resale programs

Manage product onboarding, categorisation, tagging, and content accuracy

Ensure accurate product lifecycle status (active, hotlist, markdown, rejected, etc.)

Monitor stock availability, pricing, and sell-through performance

Drive seasonal drops, launches, and trading initiatives

Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities impacting sales and customer experience

Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance catalogue quality, content enrichment, and merchandising efficiency

Sales & Partner Operations

Manage day-to-day coordination with assigned brand partners

Drive partner onboarding and ensure ongoing operational alignment

Track and resolve issues related to cancellations, returns, stock sync, and catalogue errors

Share regular performance insights and actionable recommendations with partners

Ensure adherence to Reflaunt processes and SLAs

Use data and AI-driven insights to proactively identify partner growth opportunities

Operations & Fulfilment

Oversee order flow and ensure smooth execution from listing to delivery

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams

Monitor inventory health and proactively flag discrepancies

Drive resolution of fulfilment-related issues impacting customer experience

Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-led efficiencies

Performance & Reporting

Own tracking of key KPIs: sales, conversion, sell-through, cancellations, and availability

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Conduct ad-hoc analysis across categories, partners, and campaigns

Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy

Leverage AI tools and data models to identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend actions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Tech, Commercial, and Marketing teams

Act as a key link between merchandising, partner needs, and operational execution

Support resolution of catalogue, pricing, and fulfilment issues

Contribute to building scalable, tech-enabled processes as Reflaunt grows

Requirements

Experience

5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, sales operations, merchandising, or similar roles

Experience with marketplaces or resale models is a plus

Exposure to fashion, luxury, or sustainability-driven businesses preferred

Skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Commercial mindset with understanding of e-commerce performance metrics

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, basic formulas)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with AI tools and digital platforms to improve workflows and efficiency

Curiosity and adaptability towards emerging technologies and automation
