Sales Operations Manager
We are Infrrd - Enterprise AI company that uses AI and Machine Learning to help our customer automate human tasks.
We're looking for a driven Sales Operations professional to join our revenue team. You'll be the backbone of our sales engine; owning the systems, processes, and data that help our sales team operate at peak efficiency. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into leadership.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) — data hygiene, workflows, and reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, forecasting, and sales KPIs
Partner with sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and headcount modeling
Manage the sales tech stack and evaluate new tools to improve rep productivity
Drive process improvements across the full sales cycle — from lead routing to deal close
Support QBR preparation, sales cadence meetings, and board-level reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
What We're Looking For
7-12 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally BI tools
Experience with sales engagement tools is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable insights for sales leaders
B2B SaaS experience preferred
