Role Overview

Zen Media is looking for a Sales Operations&CRM Specialist to support our Sales Enablement and Sales teams by owning the execution that keeps revenue workflows running smoothly. This role focuses on lead handling, CRM accuracy, calendar coordination, Sales Enablement asset delivery, and contract execution, allowing sellers to focus on selling.

You’ll work closely with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and the Sales team to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across the sales process.

Responsibilities

Sales Communication & Lead Support

Monitor and respond to sales-related Slack messages and notifications

Manage sales and executive inboxes related to lead inquiries, bookings, and declines

Execute timely follow-ups for declined, no-show, and unresponsive leads

Calendar & Meeting Coordination

Coordinate sales calendars and ensure the correct attendees are included on booked calls

Post daily sales call details and confirmation statuses in Slack

Create and manage calendar events for confirmed inbound and outbound leads

CRM & Pipeline Management

Review and validate qualified leads before Salesforce entry

Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including lead sources, statuses, and next steps

Ensure consistent pipeline hygiene to support visibility and follow-through

Sales Enablement Asset Execution

Generate and deliver Sales Enablement reports using internal tools and approved templates

Support lead nurturing as part of structured Sales Enablement workflows

Respond to engaged leads and coordinate next steps through calendar scheduling

Ensure enablement assets are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with Sales Enablement standards

Contract Support

Create Master Services Agreements (MSAs) via PandaDoc using approved templates

Populate client details, send documents for signature, and track completion status

Key Deliverables

Fast, accurate lead responses

Clean, up-to-date Salesforce data

On-time, accurate delivery of Sales Enablement assets

Well-coordinated sales calendars

Completed and tracked MSAs

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

Clear written communication and follow-through

Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with contract tools such as PandaDoc

Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Instantly, Sendspark)

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and Sales teams

What This Role Is Not

Sales closing or negotiations

Contract redlining or legal revisions

Client billing or invoicing

Marketing strategy or campaign execution
