Responsibilities:

Utilize your sales experience and expertise to identify and pursue lucrative opportunities within target markets

Proactively prospect into designated and assigned territories within our expanding footprint to generate new sales revenue

Document all sales activities in our CRM system and manage the quoting process with precision

Collaborate closely with the Commercial Sales Manager to ensure work requests are swiftly addressed and the sales pipeline flows seamlessly

Meet and present to customers, showcasing the value of Metro Communications’ offerings

Exceed daily sales objectives with tenacity and determination, setting new benchmarks for success

Leverage market insights and sales aids to craft compelling recommendations and address customer inquiries

Establish clear terms and conditions of sales and submit sales orders, reports, and queries promptly

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and take on special assignments to support ongoing learning and growth

 

Qualifications:

Proven B2B sales record – preferably in telecom or a related technology industry

Hunter mentality – self-motivated, results-driven, and unwilling to settle for “good enough”

Strong communicator – confident in presentations, negotiations, and relationship building

CRM-savvy – organized, data-driven, and able to manage a pipeline with precision

Customer-first mindset – dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering solutions

Valid driver’s license

 

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week

Flexible remote schedule with availability during core business hours

 

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary + Commission: $40,000 – $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
