Position Overview: 
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters. Leads will be provided for you to contact about products that will meet their needs.

This role is fully-remote. Prior insurance or other-industry sales experience is preferred. Full training and development will be provided. Remote working equipment will also be provided.

Responsibilities: 

Follow up with provided leads, provide information about products and services, develop positive rapport.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.

Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

Energetic, positive attitude with a desire to excel

Proactive in problem-solving

Able to learn computer functions

Ability to work in a team environment

Prior experience in an Allstate agency

Property/Casualty insurance license must be obtained upon hire

This is a remote position.
