Responsibilities
- Build rapport with inbound callers to understand and address their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions
- Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies
- Deliver outstanding service to demonstrate the value of being a GEICO policyholder

Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience
- Or
- Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience
- Or
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills
- Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
