We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative / Business Developer to help build OOOVATION’s presence on the German market, either from our headquarters in Yssingeaux (France) or directly from Germany.

At OOOVATION, we are not looking for people who simply execute tasks.

We are looking for builders.

Tasks

As our Sales Representative Germany, your mission will be to develop OOOVATION’s business across the German market.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and prospecting new clients throughout Germany

Developing and managing a portfolio of B2B customers

Building relationships with sports organizations, event organizers, companies and institutions

Managing the full sales cycle:

Prospecting

Customer meetings

Quotations

Negotiation

Closing deals

Conducting meetings remotely and on-site

Participating in trade shows, sporting events and networking opportunities

Developing partnerships and increasing OOOVATION’s visibility in Germany

Monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities

Working closely with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction

Contributing to the long-term development of OOOVATION in Germany

This position offers strong growth opportunities and the possibility to evolve toward a Country Manager role as the market develops.

Requirements

At OOOVATION, we believe attitude matters more than diplomas.

Requirements:

Native or fluent German mandatory

Professional English required

French is a plus

Previous B2B sales experience is appreciated

Experience in sports, events or premium/custom products is a plus

Driving license required

Benefits

Compensation package: €35,000–€90,000 gross annually including commission

Uncapped commission structure with no earnings limit
