As we continue expanding internationally, we are seeking a Sales Representative based in Argentina to help grow our global manufacturing network and support commercial expansion across North America and Asia-Pacific markets.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional sales role.

You will work directly with company leadership, engage with innovative businesses developing physical products, and help build a global ecosystem connecting product innovators with manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Network Development

Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across:

CNC Machining

Injection Molding

Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Precision Manufacturing Services

Conduct onboarding discussions to understand supplier capabilities, materials, certifications, and production capacity

Build long-term relationships with manufacturers across Asia and other international markets

Help expand Trustbridge's global supplier ecosystem

Customer Development

Engage startups, product companies, and engineering teams developing new products

Introduce Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions

Help customers navigate sourcing challenges and manufacturing decisions

Identify opportunities for engineering services and supplier matchmaking

Consultative Sales

Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and virtual meetings

Build trust with technical and business stakeholders

Understand customer manufacturing needs and project requirements

Position Trustbridge as a strategic partner throughout the product development journey

Pipeline & Relationship Management

Maintain accurate CRM records

Track opportunities and supplier relationships

Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives

Share market feedback and business development insights

Qualifications

Required

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, recruiting, or client-facing roles

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate confidently with engineers, founders, and business leaders

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering services, supply chain, procurement, or technology sales

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production technologies

Experience working with U.S. companies or international clients

Understanding of B2B sales and consultative relationship-building

Additional language skills are a plus
