All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license.

If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!</span></p><ul><li><span>Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.</span></li><li><span>No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.</span></li><li><span>Opportunities for rewards and recognition.</span></li><li><span>Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). <span role="presentation">This schedule can be expected for a </span><span role="presentation">minimum of 12 months before consideration </span><span role="presentation">for another shift.</span></span></li><li><span><span role="presentation">All computer equipment is provided. You </span><span role="presentation">must be able to maintain department. </span><span role="presentation">Work at home (W@H) requirements which </span><span role="presentation">include a professional workspace/room with a </span><span role="presentation">dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL </span><span role="presentation">service) high-speed internet connection with a </span><span role="presentation">minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 </span><span role="presentation">MBps upload speed.

Liberty Mutual does not </span><span role="presentation">support satellite and mobile internet services.</span></span></li></ul></div></div></div><b>Qualifications</b><div><ul type="disc"><li><span><span role="presentation">2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years </span><span role="presentation">of sales/service-related work experience </span><span role="presentation">required.</span></span></li><li><span><span role="presentation">Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales</span></span></li><li><span>Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers</span></li><li><span>Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills</span></li><li><span>Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency</span></li><li><span><span role="presentation">Property and Casualty License required after </span><span role="presentation">hire.</span></span></li></ul></div><b>About Us</b><p><strong><span>Pay Philosophy:</span></strong><span> The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
