Do you enjoy solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly?
As a Sales Service Coordinator, you will be part of our international operations team, supporting order flows and customer deliveries across global markets. This is a fully remote position based in Türkiye, working aligned with US business hours.
What you’ll do
You will help ensure that shipments move efficiently from supplier to customer, while keeping all parties informed and aligned. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the full order process, including shipment coordination, documentation, and deliveries

Communicating daily with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners

Tracking shipments and ensuring timelines are met

Handling documentation and learning international shipping rules and compliance

Supporting invoice handling and administrative tasks

Proactively solving issues and keeping stakeholders updated

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for potential, mindset, and capability—experience is a plus, but not a requirement. You are:
Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks

A clear communicator with good written and spoken English

Service-minded and solution-oriented

Curious and eager to learn new things

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Reliable and motivated to work US hours (approx. 2:00–10:00 PM)

A collaborative team player who enjoys an international environment
