This role is fully remote but requires residence in Texas. Preference given to candidates based in DFW or greater Houston Area.

Summary

We are seeking individuals to assist our sales team in working with existing customers to help them run their programs successfully.

This position is ideal for someone who sales-oriented, self-motivated and detail oriented. To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable calling schools, PTO/PTA volunteers and other types of organizations. We are looking for an organized individual who will spend a portion of their time assisting our sales team with their daily Salesforce CRM activity.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers as a consultant on existing programs and to generate interest in signing up for new programs. An ideal Sales Support & Customer Success Coordinator will use their verbal and email communication skills to ultimately help boost sales and contribute to our long-term business goals.

The Sales Support & Customer Success Coordinator is a part-time, work-from-home position that allows for some flexibility to work 5-6 hours a day during the midday time period (9am to 3pm Eastern or Central Time). The duties of this position may change throughout the year as the requirements of the sales team and EPI adapt to the changing needs of our customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Contact existing customers through outbound calls and emails

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate programs and marketing strategies

Create tools for customers to help them succeed

Quickly resolve issues and identify opportunities for program success

Monitor customer performance

Assist in researching potential new prospects for sales team

Track customer contact activity via Salesforce.com

Assist current sales team members in daily Salesforce activity

Promote programs to generate sales

Education and/or Experience

Quick and independent learner

Skilled over-the-phone and written communication

Extremely detail-oriented

Flexible and strong multi-tasker

Strong time management and organizational skills

Prior experience Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher

Salesforce or other CRM experience

Previous outbound calling or sales experience

Home office to accommodate multiple computer monitors
