This person will play a key role in ensuring the health and sustainability of our applications, systems, tooling, and processes to help us achieve our ambitious goals as we scale at an incredible pace. The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) possesses both business and technical skills, as well as a comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. This role drives design, optimization, and support for Dandy’s systems, managing their daily performance and incidents, creating automated workflows, ensuring data integrity, configuring applications, designing scalable systems, and protecting all system-related information assets. 

What You'll Do

Develop a deep, nuanced understanding of current and future business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Managing essential administrative functions such as user account maintenance reports and dashboards, workflows, and building infrastructure to automate and support routine tasks

Taking ownership of Salesforce.com, Zendesk, Outreach.io data feeds, and other integrations

Serving as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams

Coordinating the triage, evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests

Collaborating with key stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

Working independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements and drive solution design

Maintaining and enhancing business workflows across the commercial organization

Proactively identifying and escalating technical or process inefficiencies and collaborating with the team to implement improvements

Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex data issues across Salesforce, Zendesk, and both third-party and in-house systems

Assisting in user training and developing Salesforce.com skills across the organization

Documenting all Salesforce and Zendesk processes, workflows, and field management

Evaluating Salesforce ecosystem tools to improve organizational processes

What We're Looking For

3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth startup environment

Experience with B2B sales to SMB prospects

Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms and implementing cross team business processes in technology

Experience building outside-the-box solutions and cross-platform integrations

Experience doing architecture-level systems design for new process involving multiple tools

Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous training

Strong interpersonal skills that will enable stakeholder collaboration

Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process

Overall track record of professional and academic success
