Experteer Overview
As a Principal in Slalom’s Salesforce Field Service practice, you will lead strategic Salesforce Field Service solutions for complex client programs. You’ll translate business needs into architectural designs, guide cross-functional teams, and shape the delivery of integration-driven outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients to align Salesforce capabilities with broader technology stacks and industry best practices. This role offers scope to influence field-service transformations while growing our Field Service capability and talent. You will be part of a mission-driven, diverse team delivering meaningful customer experiences at scale.

Compensation / Benefits
• Translate business requirements into architected Salesforce Field Service solutions
• Lead solution design sessions and produce technical documentation aligned to client objectives
• Drive requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog grooming, and Scrum ceremonies
• Develop and validate custom configuration and data migration elements for Salesforce implementations
• Configure interfaces and custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Field Service and data setup/optimization
• Lead test planning and ensure delivery of a quality solution
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including client demos and scoping sessions
• Support sales and delivery enablement with asset creation and training materials
• Participate in project planning deliverables such as roadmaps, blueprints, and capability mapping
• Travel up to 50% as needed

Tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
• 6+ years of Salesforce platform and configuration experience
• Experience with Sharing Settings, Profiles, Page Layouts, Custom Objects/Fields, Validation Rules, Formulas
• Experience with flows and declarative automation (Flow, Process Builder)
• Deployment activities including Sandbox management and Data Migration
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to interpret complex information for business and technical audiences
