SAP Project Manager
<p><strong>Title: Senior SAP Project Manager </strong></p><p><strong>Location: </strong><strong>Newark, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days every week)</strong></p><p> </p><p>We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a SAP S/4 migration project, ensure the projects metrics are tracked and monitored to mitigate any risk or delay. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage large SAP S/4 migration project.</li><li>Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.</li><li>Project Management includes: budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.</li><li><span>Develop and track metrics and reports.</span></li><li>Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.</li><li>Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Submit weekly status reports with ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI data. </li><li>Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.</li><li>Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale IT Project/Program Management environment </li><li>Must have 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience. </li><li>Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.</li><li>Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules.</li><li>Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors</li><li>Must have good experience identifying and managing risks</li><li>Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
