</p><h2>Summary</h2>
<p>We are seeking a senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies for healthcare-focused applications. This role ensures high-quality, secure systems by combining deep C# test automation skills with UI, API, and performance testing expertise.</p>
<p>You will accelerate testing workflows using GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot to generate scripts and synthetic test data, and work remotely with cross-functional teams to apply BDD/TDD and modern testing principles across CI/CD pipelines.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain automated API tests for REST and GraphQL endpoints.</li>
<li>Implement and enhance BDD and TDD test frameworks in C# (e.g., SpecFlow).</li>
<li>Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate test script creation, optimize test cases, and generate realistic test data.</li>
<li>Plan and execute performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or Locust.</li>
<li>Create scenario-based synthetic test data for healthcare use cases using SQL and GenAI.</li>
<li>Validate data pipelines (for example Oracle to Postgres via Kafka) in collaboration with data engineers.</li>
<li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and help debug test failures with development and DevOps teams.</li>
<li>Apply testing principles (test pyramid, risk-based testing) to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliability.</li>
<li>Craft clear prompts for GenAI tools to generate test scripts, mock data, and performance scenarios.</li>
<li>Test identity and access management flows (OAuth2 / related IAM scenarios).</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience as an SDET or similar role building automated test suites for production applications.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in C# for test automation and scripting.</li>
<li>Proven experience with UI automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in API testing for REST and GraphQL services.</li>
<li>Experience with performance and load testing using JMeter or Locust.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and experience querying Oracle and Postgres databases.</li>
<li>Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar GenAI tools to generate test scripts and synthetic data.</li>
<li>Experience implementing BDD (e.g., SpecFlow) and TDD practices in C# .</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and risk-based testing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote, cross-functional team environments.</li>
<li>Experience testing OAuth2-based identity services and related IAM scenarios.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Nice to Have</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Azure or Azure DevOps for CI/CD.</li>
<li>Familiarity with healthcare compliance such as HIPAA for secure testing practices.</li>
<li>Exposure to Microsoft AutoGen or other GenAI frameworks for agentic testing workflows.</li>
