We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new outbound opportunities across construction and software-enabled commercial services. This role sits at the very top of the funnel and is responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying early interest, and building a predictable outbound pipeline.
You will be the first point of contact for many prospects. Success in this role requires strong outbound discipline, comfort with cold calling, and the ability to quickly identify which opportunities should advance to the sales team.
This is a hands-on, high-activity role designed for someone who wants to grow in sales while helping build a scalable outbound motion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 150+ cold calls per day, plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging

Introduce construction and software-enabled service solutions to commercial prospects across franchise, retail, QSR, and enterprise environments

Identify and engage general contractors, property owners, franchise operators, and commercial decision-makers

Run top-of-funnel conversations to generate interest and qualify basic fit before routing opportunities to the sales team

Build and maintain outbound prospect lists aligned with the ideal customer profile

Research companies, markets, and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities

Log activity, notes, and lead status accurately in the CRM

Follow up consistently with warm prospects to convert interest into booked meetings

Track daily and weekly activity metrics and contribute feedback to outreach scripts and strategy

Partner closely with sales to ensure clean handoffs and aligned pipeline priorities

What We’re Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or SDR roles

Prior exposure to B2B, construction, commercial services, or SaaS environments is a plus

Strong comfort with cold calling and multi-channel outreach at high volume

Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (C1 or C2 required)

Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand commercial buying contexts

Highly organized with strong follow-through on outreach and follow-ups

Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment

Compensation
2000 USD base + commissions
