We are currently hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced eCommerce support team during Peak season. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Mexico who are confident communicating in English and enjoy helping customers through phone, chat, email, and SMS support.
This seasonal project will run through September 11, 2026, with paid training provided before agents transition into live customer support.
We’re looking for customer-focused individuals who can stay organized, communicate professionally, and deliver a positive customer experience across multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
Answering customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS
Assisting customers with purchase-related questions and order support
Following up on pending inquiries and unresolved customer interactions
Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates
Providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support
Building positive customer relationships through clear communication

Training & Project Timeline
Training Start Date: Monday, June 8, 2026
One week of training followed by one week of supported on-the-job experience
Seasonal project ending September 11, 2026

Compensation
$5.50 USD per hour
Paid weekly

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience
Previous call center experience
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Comfortable multitasking across systems and tabs
Basic computer proficiency, including typing, copy/paste, and navigation skills
Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and professional work ethic

Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
12–16 GB RAM
Dual monitors
Webcam
Fibre internet with a wired connection
Backup power solution
Microsoft Teams / Office 365
