Security Officer Miami Beach Area BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/ SPANISH)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and protection of employees, visitors, and property

- Patrol premises, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points

- Authorize entry and respond to alarms

- Report irregularities, enforce policies, and address trespassing incidents

- Direct traffic when necessary

- Complete detailed reports by recording observations, incidents, and interviews

- Manage building and equipment systems

- Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards to maintain the company’s stability and reputation

- Conduct preventive maintenance on security equipment and coordinate repairs

Qualifications:

- Valid Security Officer Class D License (State of Florida)

- Valid FL Driver’s License

- Reliable personal transportation

- Availability to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong computer skills

- Excellent customer service abilities

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED

- Own a smartphone

- Able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)

- Willing to work overtime
