About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and high-performing Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will drive strategic sales with complex trucking and logistics organizations. You will bring deep consultative selling expertise, executive presence, and a proven ability to close large deals. As a senior member of the team, you will also help shape sales strategy and serve as a mentor and bar-raiser for those around you.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic prospecting through contract execution and close

Build and maintain a high-value pipeline of qualified strategic opportunities

Lead consultative discovery and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations

Accurately maintain CRM records and deliver reliable enterprise revenue forecasts

Consistently exceed quota and contribute to team-wide sales strategy

Help elevate the overall performance of the sales team

Travel regularly to engage prospects and customers face-to-face

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with closing responsibility, with a strong preference for SaaS or enterprise tech

Demonstrated track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently exceeding quota

Executive presence and the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders

Deep expertise in consultative, solution-based selling methodologies

Skilled at managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles across large organizations

Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes

Self-directed, organized, and effective in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Willingness and ability to travel to engage prospects and customers in person 

Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or vertical SaaS is a plus

Compensation: $220,000 - $300,000 On Target Earnings (OTE)
