- Catalyze Growth: Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close, including compelling product demos and expert negotiations.
- Generate Pipeline: Make 100-125 calls per day to engage contractors and build a robust pipeline, charting the course to surpass revenue targets.

- Experience: 1+ year in a sales role with a proven "hunter" mentality and a strong track record of closing deals.

After just 6 months with us, eligible Sales Representatives can apply for our brand-new Leadership & Development Program. This internal course is designed to fast-track your skills in management, communication, and strategic thinking. Graduates of the program will have the opportunity to step into Team Lead roles, giving you hands-on leadership experience as you grow into a Sales Manager position.
