We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team and play a key role in supporting our U.S. operations and global financial reporting processes.

Position Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for executing core accounting functions for the U.S. business while supporting global financial reporting and consolidation activities. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, manages key aspects of the monthly close process, and supports accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working across multiple business functions and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
Support consolidation of financial results from international entities located in Germany, Spain, and South Korea
Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
Support and oversee U.S. accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Monitor cash activity and perform cash reconciliations
Review expense coding and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Analyze budget-to-actual results and investigate significant variances
Assist with contract reviews to evaluate accounting treatment and financial implications
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal control compliance
Partner with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and tax preparation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives and financial reporting needs
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Experience supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with ERP/accounting systems
Experience supporting multi-entity or international operations
Public accounting experience is a plus
